OUR OFFICE REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS
Your credit score, and those of your co-applicants, needs to be 600 or above. If your credit falls below this minimum, your application could be approved with a double deposit, but is not guaranteed.
There is a $30 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. This is an application processing fee and is non-refundable and must be paid in exact cash only to our office.
The total combined household gross income needs to be at least 2 1/2 - 3x the rent amount.
No prior evictions or landlord disputes
No outstanding utility bills
No outstanding payday loans
No violent felonies
No outstanding balances owed to rental companies
Pets Are Subject to owner approval
There will be a pet deposit for each pet and the amount is dependent on weight of the pet.
We as a company are not Section 8 approved. To offer Section 8 the owner must have the property set up in the program prior to signing a contract with us.
Application Documents Needed When Applying
Drivers license photo or ID (MUST Be Valid)
2 - 3 months of most recent pay stubs - provide contact information for direct supervisor or human resources on your application
Proof of any extra income that you report on your application (Ex: Child support or alimony will need court documents)
For Self Employed 1099 Applicants:
Last years tax returns
Current profit and loss statement for company and/or owner distribution stubs.
