Since 2012, STS Property Management has believed in providing clients with the best rental properties and friendly management staff. With more than 20 years of combined experience in property management, we have the dedication and expertise to help to ensure all of our tenant’s needs are covered. We believe the only way to offer tenants a quality residence is to assist property owners, help them prepare their properties, and provide quality management services beneficial for our clients and tenants.

STS Property Management offers suggestions based on our experience to help owners improve their properties value and curb appeal. Our all-inclusive property management services include preparing units to market, marketing available units, screening tenants, managing the day-to-day needs of tenants, and posting rental payments. We also have a dedicated maintenance department offering super fast maintenance services.

Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!
how do I submit a maintenance request?
Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal or by emailing fixit@stspmi.com.
1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, then click Submit Request.
